Cacao Additive GROUNDING (Ashwagandha)

Ashwagandha, revered in Ayurveda for thousands of years as the "strength of the stallion", is one of the most well-known roots for calming the nervous system and strengthening life force (Ojas). Combined with cacao, it unfolds a particularly heart-opening, yet deeply grounding effect – two forces that complement each other beautifully in ceremony.

On a physical level, ashwagandha is traditionally used to support the body's own stress regulation and to promote restorative rest. Mentally, it helps slow down the thought carousel and create space for presence – many describe a feeling of "arriving in the moment".
